1 large green chilli (deseeded)
1 small tomato (very red)
3 soft avocados
half teaspoon of salt
3 fresh limes (lime juice)
2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons of chopped onion
half a teaspoon of ground cumin
Mash up the avocados with a spoon. Chop onions, tomatoes and chillis into very small bits. Mix everything into the mashed avocado. Add salt to taste. Mix in the lime juice.
Guacamole goes very well with pappadom, roast pork, roast beef and crusty bread.
