Home Made Tau Huay

Thanks to Dr. Leslie Tay's post HERE, I was able to successfully make tau huay! Today's batch was better. I put less calcium sulphate after noting that yesterday's batch was rather too firm. Today's batch was silkier. I used maple syrup instead of the normal syrup. I don't know how to get rid of those unsightly bubbles in my tau huay though... hmmmm...
