It's a pretty good read though quite daunting to implement in all its entirety! But we'll try nonetheless, and I'll update on our progress. My boy is in P4 this year.
Incidentally, my wife and I were just chatting with another husband and wife couple over New Year's Eve about this. Through our recommendation, they bought the book and read it to get some ideas on how to develop internal drive in their three daughters.
