I found a stall somewhere in Toa Payoh. Oh dear... I dunno the address. I only know how to get there. It sells xiao long bao and flat pancake pork pies. It's Beijing street fare to be sure, but it is really very good.

Years ago Don and I enjoyed eating Asian...I used to make something similar to the Xiao Long Bao, we called them "puff balls" (they puffed, so it was the perfect name)! Had bought a bamboo steamer in China Town NYC (when we were living in NJ)! Those were the days!

The xiao long bao's skin looks really thin and delicate. Drool...
Theanne - Puff balls? Hmmmm... they are that... I think I'll call 'em puff balls too!
Ting - Best xiao long baos I've had in Singapore!
