Strawberry Flowers


My strawberry plants budded last week. This morning, 2 cheerful flowers smiled up at me from the pot. They look good enough to eat but I think it's wiser to wait for the fruits.

So we really can grow strawberries in Singapore??? I've always thought that our tropical island is too hot for these berries.

Wen-ai... they need windy conditions and about 2 to 3 hours of sun.
